Christmas parties are the most important of the year: In this period, however, there are no 15 parties, but at most 5 or 6, then we begin to order our days and promise us that during the "middle way" we will respect our caloric balance.
A) Beware of the amount: it is not necessary to completely give up the proposed dishes during dinner or lunch, rather it is essential to limit the amount of food on our plate. A bit 'of everything, but do not overdo it.
B) Limited condiments, preferring the extra virgin olive oil, and do not overdo it with salt.
Eat slowly, chewing well, to warn before the feeling of satiety.
C) Try not to overdo the alcohol that provide a significant amount of calories and are metabolized in the form of triglycerides, which are added to our abdominal fat, and drink lots of water.
D) Also fizzy and sugary drinks should be avoided or at least reduced as much as possible
E) Do not skip meals: in addition to being a very bad habit, it is counterproductive to the goal of the diet. Regularly consume 3 main meals and 2 snacks a day if possible.
F) Limited cold cuts and cheese, too rich in fat and therefore limit yourself to a little taste.
If you already know that you will eat dinner very much trying to keep a light lunch, and vice versa: it is crucial not to give continuity to large meals.
G) The desserts are the protagonists of the holidays but it is better to eat for breakfast or lunch and avoid them during dinner as the evening you will burn fewer calories.
Enjoy your familiy parties: then look for the next few days to maintain a balanced diet, maybe slightly limiting the amount than usual.
