Eat slowly. Try not to overdo the alcohol that provide a significant amount of calories
Do not skip meals:drink lots of water. Regularly consume 3 main meals and 2 snacks a day if possible.
The pounds (and centimeters) accumulated during the holidays go away as soon as you return to the daily diet.
• Drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day.
• Limit or avoid sweets: at least it should significantly reduce the portions
