 A italian farmhouse on two (50.4%) offer dining service,  a figure that is growing from year to year. The kitchen, is one of the elements for the Agritourist that are a source of attraction so that now  there are more than 430 thousand seats, + 137% compared to 1998. Of these companies 13.4% is only restoration, but the 72 , 8% matches to the hospitality service. There are also cottages that make tasting (27.8%). In  Arezzo takes place the only country cooking Championship, which this year will recover traditional regional recipes cooked by farmhouses . In recent years agriristori have grown from 6,193 to 10,514, + 69.8%.
