Claudio Bracciali, is responsible for the catering facilities, in collaboration with Chef Massimo Pascucci.
Rosy is the company Wedding Planner : the choreographic choice, flower arrangements, the choice of table linens and the style of the event together with the customer.
The cuisine is mainly Tuscan and territorial although, upon request, Albatros Catering serves international cuisine.
It prefers  cooking with seasonal products: fresh products of each season are offered in every event, from smallest to largest.
The pasta is hand-made by the workers of the kitchen.
